Lucille Mayer is the Chief Information Officer of Client Experience Delivery at BNY Mellon. Her department oversees all client touch points: portals, mobile solutions, Web services/open architecture, file delivery and help desk experience; as well as the development, testing and delivery of these client solutions. Lucille and her team are creating the company’s financial services digital ecosystem, delivering world-class, end-to-end, standards-based solutions across the entire investment lifecycle.
In 2013 she launched the Women in Technology program that focuses on helping women at BNY Mellon manage their careers, generate exposure for what they do and attract more of them. The Women in Technology provides inclusive experiences designed to ensure women’s voices, ideas and contributions are heard and acknowledged. Women in Technology increases technical innovation through diverse points of view, helping deliver excellence to our clients, excellence to our shareholders, and challenging opportunities to employees at all stages of their careers.
Lucille is a co-founder of the New York Tech hub, ABI.New York, a local community organized through the Anita Borg Institute, where local women technologists can find connections, inspiration and guidance. Lucille and her team fully participated at ABI.New York’s first GHC/1 (a one-day Grace Hopper Celebration event) in New York City in March 2015.
