Telle Whitney Shares Inspiration Behind GHC

In honor of Women’s History Month, ABI.Chicago hosted a brunch entitled “WiT (Women in Tech) Leaders Shaping Our Future” where female speakers were invited to share their inspirational stories of succeeding in the tech world. After the event, Andrea Kim, a member of ABI.Chicago, interviewed Telle Whitney, the president and CEO of the Anita Borg Institute (ABI). The two discussed how Telle co-founded the Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC), how GHC has evolved, and what advice Telle would give to future generations of women in computing.
