Intel Promotes Diversity and Inclusion by Doing More than Just Hiring

While hiring more women and underrepresnted minorities is crucial, tech companies like Intel also know the importance of improving their work culture to ensure that all employees can thrive. “They really have to make a dent on the technical side,” says Elizabeth Ames, ABI’s Senior Vice President of Aliances, Marketing and Programs. “I think it’s really impressive that Intel is not only making this dent, but they are continuing to sustain it.”
