Dropbox believes diversity is key to innovation, which is why they are dedicated to making their workplace as inclusive as possible. Dropbox has taken many different initiatives to reach this goal, from developing employee resource groups to creating an equal pay policy. Their CTO, Aditya Agarwal, also joined the Anita Borg Institute (ABI) Board of Trustees to promote our mission of supporting women in tech. As a result of their efforts, 35 percent of this year’s new hires were women and 45 percent were minorities. We can’t wait to see what future actions Dropbox will take to increase diversity and inclusion in the tech field.
