The Xerox-Anita Borg Institute Online Community and Mentoring Pilot Project aims at building capacity, confidence and ultimately a sense of belonging to a community of technical women through mentoring, as well as fostering ongoing commitment to technical careers for both the STEM students and their mentors.

We highly recommend that all participants to the program download the mentoring guide and use it to start their mentorship and as a reference later during the 6 months relationship. This guide is designed to ensure that both mentors and mentees understand how the ABI mentoring program works, that they have the skills to participate effectively, and they are equipped with a sound understanding of:

- How to manage the process effectively
