Jo MillerEvery month on our site, Jo Miller, CEO of Women’s Leadership Coaching Inc., answers your career and leadership questions. In this installment, Miller offers sage advice on how you delegate without micromanaging.

This months question:  As the newly promoted manager of a small team, how can I delegate effectively? I need to ensure they are meeting critical deliverables without seeming like I am micromanaging them.
