Senior Director, Customer Value Network, SAP America

Birgit StarmannsBirgit drives the creation of SAP America’s customer community for Financials. Since joining SAP in 1999, she has positions including VP of CRM Product Management for the Partner Channel Management capabilities in SAP CRM, and Director of Product Management for SAP CRM E-Commerce. Previously, she was a manager and senior-level management consultant for nine years at organizations including Price Waterhouse, redesigning business processes and implementing SAP R/3 and SAP R/2 for Fortune 500 as well as SMB companies.
