Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology Presents Acclaimed Leadership Workshop

Palo Alto, CA, November 12, 2007 — The Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology (ABI) will present its acclaimed TechLeaders: Realizing Your Vision Workshop on December 4-5, 2007 in New York City at Google. The Realizing Your Vision Workshop is a leadership program for technical women that provides skills to help increase their scope and influence while defining and building their technical vision. This workshop also provides technical women the opportunity to network and build relationships with other women in the technical community.

“The demand for our TechLeaders workshops has expanded exponentially since their introduction in 2004. This is the first TechLeaders to be held in Manhattan and we are seeing enrollment from a wide array of companies such as insurance and banking as well as leading high tech companies,” said Caroline Simard, Director of Research for the Anita Borg Institute.
