TechLeaders brings together elite networks of women from industry, academia, and government. Annual gatherings and regional workshops explore the future of technology and develop technical women’s leadership skills, networks, and provides resources to help them navigate all stages of their careers.

Technical leaders

TechLeaders’ workshop curriculum is grounded in research on the barriers faced by technical women and are led by world-class facilitators. The workshops strengthen and expand technical women’s professional networks as well as provide participants with vital tools to better navigate all stages of their careers. Working with organizational stakeholders, we find an increase all technologists’ potential to create a positive impact on the world’s women as we help the industry retain vital talent.

TechLeaders workshops are organized by specific topics of relevance at different career stages:

  • Entry and Mid-Level TechLeaders: provides technical women with targeted skills to help them establish theirTLWOC reputation, and create a network, and break down barriers to help them advance to senior leadership positions
  • Senior TechLeaders: provides technical women who have attained senior leadership positions in industry, academia, and government with knowledge and skills to extend the reach of their influence, act as change agents in their organizations, and sustain their career gains.
  • TechLeaders for Luminaries: provides technical women who are influencers at the national and global scale across sectors the tools and network to create systemic and long-lasting field change for women and technology.
  • TechLeaders for Social Innovators: provides tools and knowledge to women and men who seek to enhance the positive social impact of technology.
