Grace Hopper Celebration

The Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing has become a premier event for sponsors to recruit new talent, promote their organization and inspire their workforce.

The GHC Conferences are the world’s largest gathering of technical women in computing. Over 1300 women attended the 2006 conference. Presented with Association on Computing Machinery (ACM) the GHC Conferences offer opportunities for mentoring, motivation, networking, technical and career development.

Co-founded by Dr. Anita Borg and Dr. Telle Whitney in 1994 and inspired by the legacy of Rear Admiral Grace Murray Hopper, the Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC) Of Women In Computing Conference is designed to bring the research and career interests of women in computing to the forefront.”

TechLeaders workshops are grounded in the Anita Borg Institute’s extensive network of influential leaders across sectors and expertise on the research on the barriers and key leadership topics faced by technical women. Therefore, the workshops directly address the needs of this critical talent pool for companies.
