This workshop brought together powerful women exercising major influence on the technology community from industry, government and academia. The focus of this workshop was on understanding women and leadership. Each participant looked at her own personal leadership and to determine how to make it even more effective. Participants left with greater self-awareness, new ideas, and information on steps they could take to advance their leadership performance to the next level.
