This workshop focused on building critical skills for success in leadership roles and provides a venue where women leaders can meet to share ideas, tactics, and strategies while learning together. Participants were given an opportunity to expand and deepen relationships with other senior women in the technical community and work on elements of innovation enablers and organizational change.
