Grace Hopper Celebration 2007

October 17, 2007 to October 20, 2007

Co-founded by Dr. Anita Borg and Dr. Telle Whitney in 1994 and inspired by the legacy of Admiral Grace Murray Hopper, the Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC) Of Women In Computing Conference is designed to bring the research and career interests of women in computing to the forefront. The GHC Conference is the world’s largest gathering of technical women in computing. Over the last decade and five GHC Conferences more than 3000 women have attended and more than 500 scholarships have been awarded to students. Presented with Association on Computing Machinery (ACM) the GHC Conferences offer opportunities for mentoring, motivation, networking, technical and career development. For ABI sponsors it has become a premier event to recruit new talent, promote their organization and inspire their workforce.
