Director of Software Operations, Cisco Systems

Tricia A. Baker is Director of Software Operations and serving as lead for Engineering World Wide Workforce Diversity for Cisco Systems, Inc. of San Jose, California where she has been employed since 1994. She has held engineering and technical marketing positions with companies including Cirrus Logic and National Semiconductor. She also serves as the Regional Collegiate Membership Coordinator for the Society of Women Engineers. Ms. Baker received a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
