Who We Are: Linda Knippers

DISTINGUISHED TECHNOLOGIST IN THE ENTERPRISE SERVERS & STORAGE GROUP, HP  

Linda is a technical leader within HP’s Open Source and Linux Organization.  In this role Linda provides technical leadership for HP’s Linux security projects and consulting in other areas.

Prior to joining the Linux organization in 2004, Linda was the technical project leader for Digital Equipment Corporation’s Tru64 TruCluster product.  Prior to joining Digital in 1996, Linda held engineering and management positions in several small companies developing Unix platforms and system software.  Linda has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana, Monroe.
