Kris is an expert in large-scale business transformation associated with business process and system integration efforts. This includes broad strategic change disciplines such as program management, business process redesign, organizational structure change, system implementation and value-based management.

Global Value Creation Leader

Kris’ primary focus is to bring creative deals to customers based on IBMs 4-step process for Value Creation which includes identifying, solutioning, deal-making and delivering of value to our clients. She manages IBMs benchmarking programs and partnership with APQC, a benchmarking organization. In addition, her teams focus on building the tools, frameworks and learning programs to deploy Value Creation to the global BCS organization. Deployment roles include the global executive role for the GRP (Global Relationship Partner) organization, a team of partners/executives that manage the largest IBM accounts. In this role, she also serves as a member of BCS. global Senior Leadership Team.

Global Organization and Change Strategy (OCS) Leader

Kris oversees 650 practitioners and 30 partners in this strategy domain. Competency areas of focus include: change management, cultural change, organization design, On demand OCS and change leadership. In this role, she serves as a member of IBM.s Strategy and Change Senior Leadership team.

Prior, she was the GRP for Qwest Communications. This included responsibility for all of IBM services projects including business development, executive client interface and project delivery for all management consulting, technical consulting and business transformation outsourcing engagements.

She also served as the PAL (Practice Area Lead) partner for the Strategy and Change practice of the Communications sector running a practice of 150 people (130 staff/20 partners). She managed strategy staff and partners aligned w/ the telecom, media/entertainment and utilities industries. She was responsible for staff utilization, practice building, solution development, staff enhancement, and thought leadership.

Kris has been consulting to large, global organizations for the past 15 years and has managed engagements for clients in industries including telecommunications, high technology, and various distribution industries. She has partnered project work at AT&T Wireless, AT&T Local, Sprint PCS, Qwest, StorageTek, Sun, Lucent and Rhythms NetConnections.

Prior to joining PriceWaterhouse Coopers, (prior to IBMs acquisition), Kris worked for Gemini Consulting. for 6 years as a principal consultant in the strategy practice. She started her career as an internal auditor with Consolidated Electrical Distributors.

Kris holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University and a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
