Software Engineering Manager, Cisco
Cindy is a technology leader who finds the edges and is always pushing the boundaries of the box finding creative solutions to problems often left unexplored. Her leadership expertise and organizational change methodologies bring her opportunities such as her current role as a Software Engineering Manager with Cisco Systems Inc. where she leads a dynamic fast paced engineering service business supporting Cisco’s enterprise collaboration platform. A technology leader with cross-functional and global experience in driving vision, technology strategy and delivery of medium to large scale software solutions.
She has over 15 years of experience in engineering leadership within system, embedded and application software development. She has a natural aptitude for creating and evangelizing a product vision and architecture with proven delivery. She is energetic and self-motivated with a penchant for continued accomplishment. Previous to Cisco she held the Director of Software Engineering post at Foveon a disruptive imaging technology company. Multiple Engineering Leadership roles with PMC-Sierra, Malleable, and eCompany Network.
