Manager, Research and Executive Programs

Christine Chiu As the Manager of Research and Executive Programs for the Anita Borg Institute (ABI), I design and implement critical initiatives to further the creation and dissemination of knowledge pertaining to the recruitment, retention, and advancement of technical women at all levels. The Research and Executive Programs team develops targeted programs and content for high-technology executives and change agents, providing them with the knowledge and tools to change the culture for technical women around the world.

I feel fortunate to be able to bring my experiences to help advance the role of women in technology, bringing to ABI over 15 years of operational and technology experience from working at large, multinational corporations like Accenture and Ernst & Young to spunky startups.

As a working mother, I juggle my time between family and work. I love spending time with my 2-year old daughter Alexandra and gadget-loving husband John. Together, we have a passion for discovering new cultures by way of world travel – and of course, food!
