Catherine Kirkman is a partner in the IP Technology Transactions Group of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her practice focuses on intellectual property, licensing and commercial transactions for high technology and emerging growth companies. She has represented technology companies such as 3Com, Palm, Network Associates and Hewlett-Packard, as well as digital media companies including Napster, Pixar and Lucasfilm.
Catherine received her law degree in 1989 with distinction from Stanford Law School , where she was elected to Order of the Coif. She received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University in 1986, where she was graduated magna cum laude and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
